Staff were incredibly nice, atmosphere was special, it had stunning location just next door to the subway and Namba mall and the Namba subway and the train station.

The room was good sized and what's more - included a shower, hairdryers, and a spa bathtub. Wasn't expecting to have a handy kitchenette...

The room was big size, besides it had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, just in case. Every member of the staff was professional.

The suites were spacious, equipped with two king beds, a kitchenette, and a washing machine. The bathroom was exceptional with a great bath. This hotel had excellent transportation options, being located next to a subway station and walking distance to the mall and local attractions. The staff were very helpful and added to our overall good experience.

The suites were spacious with great amenities, including a well-appointed kitchenette and a convenient washing machine. the location was ideal as it was within walking distance to trendy shopping and dining spots, and easily accessible by public transportation.

Our stay was dampened by the lack of natural light in the suite, which made for a gloomy atmosphere. the staff were not particularly helpful or attentive, and only seemed to improve on our last day.

The lack of a dresser in the room was inconvenient, and the hotel charged a steep fee of 4,000 yen to clean the room.

I had a memorable experience at this hotel due to the luxurious amenities that were offered during my stay. The exclusive leisure and TV room added a hint of extravagance to my trip. The open-air bath was a tranquil haven that I most certainly enjoyed. Additionally, the rooms were incredibly spacious and provided an excellent view of the surrounding area.

While they were cordial, I felt that my requests were not attended to as efficiently as I expected. Despite this minor issue, I had a comfortable stay thanks to the private facilities that were available in my accommodation, such as the opulent bathroom and in-room entertainment options.

Huge, clean, modern space. Helpful staff, even for late check-in. Amazing, massive suites with great bathrooms. Convenient location with plenty of amenities.
